Synopsis
Follows Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Beddingham as their long-standing rivalry comes to a head. The same filming location was also used to portray Trenwith House in the 2015 BBC television adaptation of Poldark. I haven’t read the books, so I can’t comment on how accurate they are. Or if they chose the right actor for the role of RCB.
And great escapism
However, I can say that I really liked this show, and I really hope that there will be a second series. It’s a bit corny. But that makes television great. I managed to watch all this in 2 days.
I would like more episodes
However, it is nice that they do not tighten too much. David Tennant is great as always. But I was actually more surprised by how good Danny Dyer is. I saw him in several things.
But he was magnificent
(Who isn’t) And I was a little skeptical when I saw him in this. There are so many characters that I just love, and some that I wanted to hate. Too much to mention. I highly recommend it.
